    Alicia is humbled by her upbringing on a small farm in Fairland, IN where she grew up on please and thank you, yes sir yes ma’am, faith in Jesus, and that you’ve got to stand for something or you’ll fall for anything. Alicia started buying, rehabbing and selling real estate in high school and never looked back. At her core, she believes what separates her from the rest of the industry is valuing PEOPLE over profits. A firm handshake, fanatical levels of integrity and hard work inspire an unparalleled experience! Alicia would consider it a privilege to serve you and it is her heart’s desire to earn your trust.

  • Lauren Lal

    Executive Assistant

    Lauren is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, and holds a background in Business Administration and Music. She began her career in acting and music during her teen years and relocated to Los Angeles, California during her senior year of high school to pursue her creative work.

    After several years in the entertainment industry, Lauren made a strategic pivot into the corporate world, where she quickly advanced and went on to support multiple high-level executives. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff before stepping away from the role following her marriage and relocation to Indiana.

    Lauren is passionate about building meaningful relationships and believes strongly in people over profits, bringing a thoughtful, service-driven approach to every role she takes on.
